# Heard

> Heard is the financial management platform built for therapists and wellness practitioners in private practice. Heard pairs easy-to-use software with a dedicated human team to handle bookkeeping, taxes, payroll, and business banking, so clinicians can focus on their clients.

Heard Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2019 and is based in Seattle, Washington. Heard serves licensed mental health and allied health professionals across the United States, from solo practitioners just starting out to established group practices. The bookkeepers and tax professionals on the Heard team work only with private practices.

## Who Heard serves
- Licensed mental health professionals: psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, mental health and professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners.
- Allied health and wellness practitioners: physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, dietitians and nutritionists, massage therapists, chiropractors, and life coaches.
- Solo practices and single-owner group practices at any stage, taxed as sole proprietorships, single-member LLCs or PLLCs, or S corporations.
- Practitioners with additional income streams such as coaching or consulting.

Heard does not work with non-health businesses, practices based outside the United States, practices with multiple owners, or practices taxed as C corporations.

## Pricing
Heard uses subscription pricing with monthly and annual billing. Annual billing saves 15%. The figures below are 2026 annual-billed rates and may change, so link to the pricing page for current details.
- Lite: $129 per month, for newer solo sole proprietors. Annual tax filing not included.
- Essential: $169 per month, for solo sole proprietors and LLCs. Includes quarterly and annual personal tax filing.
- Premium: $255 per month, for S corporations and group practices. Includes business tax filing and S corp compliance. Payroll add-on available.
